The European Union has its 'eyes wide open' about the possibility some groups might circumvent sanctions on Russia.
That’s according to the Commissioner for Financial Stability, Mairead McGuinness, who says the penalties are biting into Russian public finances.
She insists the response from corporate and public bodies across the bloc has been positive - as nobody wants to be seen dealing with Putin.
