Charges have been upgraded for a police officer in the United States, who lost his job following the death of George Floyd.
He is now accused second degree murder, while three others are accused of helping him.
Videos show the officer kneeling on the neck of Floyd for over eight minutes while trying to arrest him for allegedly using fake banknotes.
Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison says they all deserve a fair trail.
"Our concern is to put all the energy we can in putting forth the strongest case we can without fear or favour of anyone or anything.
"These charges are based on the facts that we have found, and we are going to pursue them."
