Germany is reported to be bracing itself for a permanent cut to Russian gas supplies.
It's feared Moscow may step up its use of gas as an economic weapon against the West, while it wages war in Ukraine.
Russian gas supplies to Germany via the Baltic Sea pipeline, have been halted for 10 days.
The Russian-backed operators of the line claim it's due to annual maintenance work.
However German ministers believe it's politically motivated, in an attempt to put pressure on Berlin.
