A Kerryman facing jail for rescuing refugees from drowning, is taking his case to the European Parliament.
Sean Binder went to Greece in 2018 to work as a volunteer with search and rescue boats off the Greek island of Lesbos,
But he and his team were arrested by Greek authorities and charged with several offences including facilitating smuggling, money laundering and even spying.
Mr Binder, who's due to stand trial in January says he did nothing wrong:
"Our main purpose is to raise awareness of our own case, it is to point out that 24 individuals are facing 20 years imprisonment for doing what the European Union law says we should do: provide aid to people in distress. And right now that's on trial. And so the wider context is to raise awareness for everybody that if I can be found guilty of trying to help somebody, then you can".
