The head of Britain's MI6 has tweeted "running out of steam" in response to a post about Russia's assault on Ukraine.
The earlier Tweet from the UK Defence Ministry described the Kremlin as "growing desperate" after losing thousands of soldiers.
Richard Moore has previously said Vladimir Putin's forces will "have to pause" as they try to find more troops and equipment in the coming weeks.
