The head of NATO says every effort will be made to prevent conflict with Russia over Ukraine.
Foreign ministers in the alliance have been holding a special meeting, following the build-up of thousands of Russian troops.
Speaking after those talks, Jens Stoltenberg, warned there would be consequences if Moscow staged an incursion.
