A high court judge in London has ruled that Britain's Prince Harry will be allowed to sue The Sun newspaper.
The Duke of Sussex alleges he was unlawfully targeted by journalists and private investigators working for News Group Newspapers and is seeking damages.
Sky's Sadiya Chowdhury, who's been following today's hearing in central London, says the publisher argued too much time had passed to bring forward a case:
"Prince Harry had wanted to rely on what he said was a secret agreement between Buckingham Palace and the newspaper, which he says is the reason why he didn't bring his case forward earlier. That would mean we would all find out about it, because the court case would of course be public".
