History could be made in the US, with President Joe Biden nominating judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to the Supreme Court.
If confirmed, she would become the first black woman to serve the country's highest federal court's 232-year history.
It's something Mr Biden promised in his campaign to become president.
The Supreme Court has nine members at any one time, and Ms Jackson would succeed Justice Stephen Breyer, who's retiring.
