The International Criminal Court has issued an arrest warrant against Vladimir Putin for war crimes in Ukraine.
It accuses the Russian president of the "unlawful deportation" of children to his country.
International Affairs Correspondent with Sky News, Dominic Waghorn, has been reading the statement from the court.
"There are reasonable grounds it says to suspect that he is responsible for a number of crimes or having committed the acts directly,jointly with others and or through others."
