The Irish Travel Agents Association's welcoming the easing of entry requirements for air passengers to the US.
The United States will drop a need for travellers to test negative for COVID-19 before entering the country.
The change will take effect at midnight tomorrow for all passengers arriving by plane, including those who haven't been vaccinated.
ITAA CEO Pat Dawson says it's great news for Irish people travelling to the US:
"We're all very much relieved that this has happened. And we sort of saw it coming down the track, but we really didn't think it would be this quickly. So it's good news and very positive news because there are many aircraft going in and out of Ireland to the States".
