4 men stand accused of people-smuggling in the UK
In October last year, the bodies of the Vietnamese people were found in a lorry in Essex shortly after it arrived on a ferry.
The men, women and children had died from lack of oxygen and overheating.
The trial at the Old Bailey is expected to start on Wednesday.
