The Labour leader was mobbed by protesters in Westminster earlier this week - with some of them repeating the British Prime Minister's claims.
Sadiq Khan thinks he was trying to distract from the scandal within his own Tory party:
"There is no doubt that these anti vaxxers heard what Johnson said. And what you do often is when you do this use you those views on the periphery become normalized and mainstream, which gives people succor to behave in this way."
