Police in West London are continuing to question a suspect over the murder of an 87 year old Co. Clare man.
Officers received a huge response from members of the public after Thomas O'Halloran, originally from Ennistymon, was stabbed while on his mobility scooter in Greenford in London on Tuesday.
The Metropolitan Police says a 44 year old man was arrested in the Southall area in the early hours of this morning.
