Ghislaine Maxwell has told a US court she hopes her sentence for sex trafficking will bring her victims a "measure of peace."
The British socialite’s been given a 20-year jail term in New York City for recruiting girls for her ex-boyfriend, Jeffrey Epstein.
She added that meeting the late billionaire paedophile is the "greatest regret" of her life.

"If you're someone who experienced sexual abuse or exploitation, and did not feel safe to report those crimes or were not believed when you did, or were told that the perpetrators would not be held accountable - this is for you."
