New Zealand's put a military leader in charge of its border quarantine measures, after two women brought coronavirus back into the country.
It had gone more than three weeks without reporting any new cases.
They'd flown from London and been allowed to leave quarantine to visit a dying parent - even though one had symptoms.
Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern's given her reaction.
"This case represents an unacceptable failure of the system.
"It should never have happened, and it cannot be repeated."
