Police have made a sixth arrest as they continue to investigate the attempted murder of a detective in County Tyrone.
DCI John Caldwell was shot in front of his son in Omagh on Wednesday and remains critically ill.
The latest to be held is a 71-year-old man, who was detained in the town last night.
Detectives in the North have been granted more time to question four of the men, aged 22, 38, 45 and 47.
They can be detained until 10pm on Tuesday.
