Health officials in Pakistan are reporting an outbreak of waterborne diseases in areas hit by devastating floods.

Diarrhoea, skin diseases and eye infections are spreading at relief camps set up by the government across the country.

More than 1100 people have died, while around a million homes have been damaged.

Maryam Imtiaz from CARE Pakistan says the damage is beyond anything the government alone can cope with.
