Penny Mordaunt has become the first candidate to officially declare for the Tory leadership.
She said she's been encouraged by supporters who want a fresh start and someone to unite the party.
Mordaunt is seen as the third favourite behind Rishi Sunak and Boris Johnson, who have yet to declare.
