The president of Belarus - one of Russia's closest allies - claims his country's warplanes have been modified to carry nuclear weapons.
Alexander Lukashenko said it proves his meeting with Vladimir Putin in June was not "all blather".
He also warned the US and its allies against provoking Belarus, as it's already selected "targets" for retaliation.
