Britain's Prince Andrew faces a US trial - and accusations of sexual assault - or potentially settling out of court after he failed to have the case against him dismissed.
He denies allegations made by Virginia Giuffre who claims the Duke of York abused her in 2001 when she was 17.
Lawyer Ari Aramesh thinks Prince Andrew will want to avoid the embarrassment of testifying.
"A settlement in this case is probably in their best interests.
"The question is whether Ms Giuffre is interested in a large monetary award.
"According to her and her lawyer David Boies, she's not. She wants to seek justice."
