Britain's Prince Andrew has been told he "cannot ignore the court" by the US lawyer representing the woman who's accused him of historical sexual abuse.
David Boies claims Andrew has "stonewalled" any attempts to cooperate.
But he's always denied the allegations made by Virginia Giuffre.
Sky's royal correspondent, Rhiannon Mills, says Andrew's legal team will be considering their next move.
"Prince Andrew can't be extradited because this is a civil case.
"However, there are legal procedures for the kids of transatlantic civil matters.
"So if someone is being sued, and someone over the other side of the Atlantic decides that they should give evidence, then those legal processes could kick in."
