Russia says it has completed it's withdrawal of troops from the key city of Kherson.
The Russian Defence Ministry said all soldiers were moved across the Dnipro river to the eastern bank early this morning.
Kherson was the only regional capital to have been captured by Russia since the invasion began in February, and it's loss is a significant blow for Russia.
