Scientists are urgently trying to identify a fatal nosebleed disease detected in Tanzania.
Doctors have travelled to the country to investigate the illness which has already killed at least three people.
As well as nosebleeds, symptoms include fever, headaches, and fatigue.
So far 13 cases have been recorded in Tanzania's south-eastern region of Lindi.
