Scottish Police are searching for a person, believed to have been swept into a river in Aberdeenshire.
It's though they were trying to rescue a dog, when they were overwhelmed by floods.
Rest centres have been set up in certain areas to help people who've had to leave their homes.
Kim Clarke, who lives in Brechin, says hers is ruined:
"Devastated! My children have been uprooted once again. Somebody knows what we're on, and the action was not taken when it should have been".
