A settlement from 2009 is to be released next week after an order by US judges - which Britain's Prince Andrew's lawyers have in the past claimed frees him of liability in a civil sex case.
It's an agreement done between convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein, and one of his accusers Virginia Giuffre.
She's suing the Duke of York for alleged sexual assault - which he strongly denies.
Gloria Allred represents a number of Mr Epstein's victims.
She's welcoming the conviction of his ex-partner, Ghislaine Maxwell:
"Only four victims testified and they were very brave to do so. But it's estimated that there may have been 160 or more victims of Jeffrey Epstein."
