The Spanish Government is urging people to embrace body positivity and enjoy the beach no matter what their shape or size.
It's unveiled a poster campaign with the tag line 'all bodies are beach bodies' to encourage plus-size and older women in particular to take to the beaches.
However it's been criticised by some who say it's patronising the public.
