A state of emergency has been declared in Ukraine around a dam which was damaged.
Kyiv claims Russian forces detonated the structure along the Dnipro River in the early hours of this morning.
It's believed 22,000 people are at risk around 14 communities after the attack.
There were claims over the weekend the long-expected Ukrainian counter-offensive had started.
