There's been no breakthrough after talks between the European Commission and the British government on the Northern Ireland Protocol today.
The UK's Brexit Minister, David Frost, says 'significant gaps' remain, after he met the commission's negotiator, Maros Sefcovic, in London.
He's once again threatened to trigger Article 16 of the agreement - and stop implementing parts of the protocol.
He'll meet Mr Sefcovic again next Friday to try to find a solution.
