Study Claims 4,000 Steps Could Be Enough To Cut Risk Of Dying Early

Most people with a fitness tracker aim to do 10,000 steps a day, but it's claimed just 4-thousand could be enough to cut the risk of dying early.

A study published in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology says walking that number daily can help cut the risk of death from any cause.

It also found the chance of dying from cardiovascular disease decreases significantly with every 500 to 1-thousand extra steps.
