The video has been condemned across government, with ministers describing it as 'disturbing' and shocking'.
Taoiseach Micheál Martin says those behind the footage should apologise:
"It's pretty sinister intimidatory type tactics by the Russian Federation, but I don't think anyone's going to be intimidated by it. And I think it reflects a mindset that is worrying and not in touch with reality. And I think there should be an apology forthcoming in relation to that."
Meanwhile, some civilians who've been trapped underground in Mariupol ever since Russia's invasion of Ukraine started more than two months ago - have reached safety, after a successful evacuation of a steelworks there.
However several hundred are still feared trapped - and the facility is under attack again.
Some of those taken to the Ukrainian-held city of Zaporizhzhia had been travelling for days, through dozens of checkpoints.
