The British Prime Minister's among around 50 people police are questioning as part of their investigation into lockdown parties in Downing Street.
Officers have sent Boris Johnson a questionnaire as they look into a dozen gatherings.
A government spokesperson says he'll respond as required.
Sky's deputy political editor Sam Coates says MPs are watching closely to see if any further action's taken:
"All the indications are that Boris Johnson will, in far as he possibly can, resist any attempt to see a fine imposed on him, possibly appealling. That is because he believes that he's done nothing wrong; he has said that in the past."
