Private Seán Rooney's family will be reunited with his remains at Casement Aerodrome in Dublin this morning.
The 24 year-old's body is being repatriated home from Beirut to Ireland after a UN ceremony was held in his honour.
He's on board an Irish Air Corps CASA plane, after he was killed in an attack on UN Peacekeeping duty in Lebanon on Wednesday.
