One person has been taken CUH following a single vehicle collision in west Cork.
The incident occurred this morning on the R586 between Baster's Bridge and Murragh.
Gardai in Bandon say the road will be closed for the foreseeable future, and are advising motorists to avoid the area.

An Oireachtas committee is calling for a Sports Ombudsman to be appointed to clamp down on abuse towards referees, and players.
It's one of 11 recommendations made by a cross-party group of TDs and senators, in a report to be launched this afternoon.
It says sports organisations must commit to addressing the problem to get state funding.

British MPs have voted to scrap parts of the Northern Ireland Protocol.
The UK government won a vote on its bill in the House of Commons last night - by a margin of 74.
It was the second reading of the legislation, meaning it has cleared its first hurdle in parliament.
