Tributes are being paid to a local couple who were killed in a crash in Co Cork yesterday.
The couple have been named locally as John Patrick and Bernadette Allen and were both in their 80's.
The incident happened on the N28 at the Shannon Park roundabout in Carrigaline.
The collision, which involved up to four cars and a fully loaded car transporter, took place at around 11am.
Gardai are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.
