Rachel from Australia has been living in Cork for 3 years and is engaged to local Corkman Rory.
She has been speaking to RedFM news over the weekend about her 19-hour journey from Dublin to Perth and her mandatory self-isolation at a 5-star Government hotel.
For now she must remain in complete isolation in a 42 square metre hotel room, with 3 meals brought to her door every day.
