Donald Trump should face criminal charges over last year's deadly riots at the US Capitol building.
That's the recommendation from a committee of politicians which has spent months investigating the violence.
The former president is accused of encouraging a mob to break into the building after he lost the election.
Chair of the committee, Democrat politician Bennie Thompson, hopes their evidence points to criminal action.
"I have every confidence that the work of this committee will help provide a roadmap to justice, and that the agencies and institutions responsible for ensuring justice under the law will use the information we provide to aid in their work."
Republican Liz Cheney believes Mr Trump's unfit for office.
"The committee recognises that our work has only begun. It's only the initial step in addressing President Trump's effort to remain in office illegally.
"Prosecutors are considering the implications of the conduct that we describe in our report."
