Donald Trump says healthy Americans will start to be allowed return to work.
But the US President says some states will be able to lift lockdown restrictions before others.
He's set out new guidelines on reopening the country's economy at the White House.
"To preserve the health of our citizens we must also preserve the health of our economy.
"Over the long haul you cannot do one without the other, [it] cannot be done."
