A 30-year-old man's been jailed for at least 23 years in Britain for the murder of Megan Newborough - a colleague he'd begun dating.
Ross McCullam's been called a monster in court.
He was crying in the dock as Megan's sister told him - 'I hope she haunts you'.
Police accused him of taking 'calculated' actions to cover his tracks - like leaving a voicemail on her phone, having stabbed and strangled her in Leicester last August.
