In the UK, an arrest warrant has been issued for the brother of the Manchester Arena bomber, after he failed to appear in court.
Ismail Abedi had been due at Manchester Magistrates' following his conviction for not showing up to the inquiry into the terror attack.
The 28-year-old had requested immunity from prosecution in return for answering questions.
His sibling, Salman, detonated a homemade device in 2017, killing 22 people.
