UK forces have taken part in a four-day exercise alongside American and Finnish troops.
It involved 750 personnel, including 150 from the British Army and Royal Air force.
Finland joined NATO earlier this month, signing a mutual security assurance declaration with the UK in May.
Britain says it reaffirms their commitment to the "security of the Baltic Sea region."
