Health officials in the UK are recommending vaccines should be offered to some gay and bisexual men at higher risk of contracting monkeypox.
The Health Security Agency is proposing the roll-out of a smallpox jab - Imvanex.
It was initially only recommended for close contacts of cases.
More than 35 countries have now reported outbreaks.
