In England, an independent inquiry's been ordered into nurse Lucy Letby, who's been convicted of murdering seven babies and attempting to kill six others.
The 33-year old nurse carried out the murders at The Countess of Chester Hospital close to Manchester.
Prosecutors say she tricked everyone: "devious, cold blooded, calculated...".
The 33-year-old injected air, or insulin into babies, but police admit her motives are unclear: "It must be really difficult for the families to accept that we might never have answers".
The Countess of Chester Hospital has apologised.
A paediatrician who worked there has questions: "Why did it take 11 months for the police to be called in?"
Letby is being sentenced on Monday".
