An independent review's found the London Fire Brigade to be "institutionally misogynist and racist".
The investigation began after a trainee firefighter in Britain took his own life in August 2020.
Sky correspondent Jon Craig describes some of the incidents that were uncovered:
"Female firefighters being groped, beaten; and in one incident logged in the report, a black firefighter had a noose put over his locker; in another, a Muslim colleague had bacon and sausages stuffed in his pocket"'
