In the UK, police have arrested a second man on suspicion of the murder of Olivia Pratt-Korbel.
The nine-year-old was shot dead in her home in Liverpool on Monday night, when a man unknown to her family ran into her home being chased by a gunman.
A 36-year-old man was already in custody in connection with the incident when the 33-year-old was arrested.
Both men are being detained on suspicion of murder and two counts of attempted murder.
