Keir Starmer says he'll set out fresh reform plans for the UK after police found he did not break lockdown rules.
The Labour leader insists he never had any doubts about his innocence after he was seen drinking beer with colleagues indoors last April.
Durham Police say it was 'reasonably necessary work'.
Parm Sandhu, the former Met Police Chief Superintendent, says the investigation would have been thorough:
"Because of the politics involved in Party-Gate, Beer-Gate, whichever issue you look at, they would have to make sure that they had a really strong case that if it went to court and it was challenged, that they had all of the facts, all of the documents".
