Rishi Sunak's formally become British Prime Minister.
He's spent time with King Charles this morning where as is tradition he was invited to form a Government, following the formal acceptance of Liz Truss' resignation.
This afternoon, Mr. Sunak's expected to appoint ministers to his top team.
Earlier, Liz Truss formally tendered her resignation to the monarch, after just 49 days in office.
In a farewell speech she insisted 'brighter days lie ahead' for the UK, but she made no apology for the economic turmoil that followed her mini budget.
