Rolls-Royce has announced it's giving some of its UK staff a 17-point-6 percent pay rise.
Around 1,200 workers at the Goodwood plant in West Sussex will see their wages increase by an average of 3- thousand four hundred euro.
It follows negotiations by union members looking to offset current financial strains.
