In the UK, Sarah Everard's killer Wayne Couzens will appear in court today charged with two further flashing offences.
The former police officer is serving a whole-life sentence for the kidnap, rape and murder of the 33-year-old in March 2021.
The 49-year-old will appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court today to face two new charges of indecent exposure.
They are alleged to have happened in 2015 and 2020 in Kent.
