Ukraine's been hit by power cuts as Russia targets its energy grid.
There have been power outages across the country, affecting around a million and a half people.
It comes after Russia ordered people in Kherson in south Ukraine to leave immediately, as Ukrainian troops advance.
Irish Red Cross Secretary General Liam O'Dwyer says people in that city are at risk:
"They're facing a really serious situation because, I suppose, the level of violence and explosions there is putting people in danger so they have no choice really but to move".
