Ukraine says Russia has bombed a port in Odessa, just hours after they signed an agreement to allow grain exports.
Officials have accused Vladimir Putin of 'spitting in the face' of the UN by flaunting the deal's terms.
This comes after an MP for Odessa, Oleksiy Honcharenko, said he didn't believe Russia, urging precaution around the agreement.
